We are excited to announce the launch of our Phenotree webserver (http://bejerano.stanford.edu/phenotree), which allows matching phenotype to genotype.

Phenotree performs a genome-wide "forward genomics" screen that matches a given pattern of phenotypic differences between species to genomic differences.
