Hi GREAT users,

GREAT version 1.7 has been released! GREAT now supports two additional phenotype and disease ontologies for the human and mouse genomes (see http://great.stanford.edu/help/index.php/Version_History for details). All data and functionality existing in GREAT versions 1.5 and 1.6 remains identical, so previous data analyses can be reproduced exactly in the new version.
