Hi GREAT users,

GREAT version 1.8 has been released! This release adds visual graphs to the associations between input regions and genes, redesigns the term details page to include this new data as well as provide explicit links between genomic regions and their regulated genes, improves input data error reporting, and more (see http://great.stanford.edu/help/index.php/Version_History for details). All data and functionality existing in GREAT versions 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7 remain identical, so previous data analyses can be reproduced exactly in the new version.
