We are pleased to announce that GREAT is available via the UCSC Table Browser:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables?command=start On that page, notice the new GREAT checkbox in the "output format" row. The usual Table Filter controls such as identifiers, filter, intersection, etc. can of course be used to determine the resulting dataset. After checking the GREAT checkbox and clicking the "get output" button, data is sent directly to GREAT. |
