The MSigDB Cancer Modules
1 ontology contains gene sets from mining large collections of cancer-oriented microarray data2 and combining it with "modules" obtained from sources such as KEGG and GO. The ontology consists of the 456 modules whose expression is significantly altered in a variety of cancer conditions.
The human ontology contains 456 gene sets, 7,918 genes, and 47,511 associations.
The ontology is not available for mouse.
