The MSigDB Pathway1 ontology contains gene sets from pathway databases. Usually, these gene sets are canonical representations of a biological process compiled by domain experts.

The human hg19 ontology contains 880 gene sets, 6,670 genes, and 39,818 associations.

The human hg18 ontology contains 880 gene sets, 6,680 genes, and 39,893 associations.

The mouse mm9 ontology contains 880 gene sets, 5,905 genes, and 37,148 associations.

All data for this ontology was downloaded on September 30, 2010 (MSigDB version 3.0).
