The human hg19 ontology contains 1,400 pathways, 4,659 genes, and 71,791 associations.
The human hg18 ontology contains 1,400 pathways, 4,665 genes, and 71,804 associations.
The mouse mm9 ontology contains 1,380 pathways, 4,162 genes, and 62,131 associations.
