We welcome brilliant, enthusiastic, devoted Stanford students to join our group. In particular we welcome the following (or any hybrid of):

Computer Scientists with little Biology background. A substantial part of our effort is devoted to building our computational arsenal, and opportunities abound.

Computational Biologists with a firm background in Biology and a passion to use computational tools to generate exciting testable hypotheses. We master any tool we write or use, and are keenly developing them to meet our own analysis needs.

Experimentalists with little Computer Science background who can appreciate a strong computational component in their research (first hand or through in house collaboration). We are interested in genomic aspects of development, evo devo and genetics, and are developing functional and molecular systems to pursue them.
